Refunds
- The customer is entitled to a full refund if the order is canceled before the products are shipped.
- If the products are received and found to be defective or non-compliant with the advertised specifications, the customer is allowed to request a refund within a specified period after the date of receipt.
- The customer must contact us as soon as possible if there is any issue with the received product to facilitate the refund process.
- Refund requests will be processed as quickly as possible, and the paid amount will be refunded through the same payment method used initially.
Returns
- The customer is allowed to request the return of unwanted products or those received in imperfect condition within a specified period after the date of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition and unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- The customer bears the shipping costs for returning the products, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Once we receive the returned products and verify their condition, the return process will be handled, and a refund will be issued.
Exceptions
- Some products may be subject to special conditions for refunds and returns, and the customer should check these conditions before purchasing.
- Refunds or returns will not be accepted for products purchased during discount or special sale periods.
