Refunds and returns policy

The customer is entitled to a full refund if the order is canceled before the products are shipped.

Products must be in their original condition and unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.
The customer bears the shipping costs for returning the products, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Once we receive the returned products and verify their condition, the return process will be handled, and a refund will be issued.
