Refunds

  1. The customer is entitled to a full refund if the order is canceled before the products are shipped.
  2. If the products are received and found to be defective or non-compliant with the advertised specifications, the customer is allowed to request a refund within a specified period after the date of receipt.
  3. The customer must contact us as soon as possible if there is any issue with the received product to facilitate the refund process.
  4. Refund requests will be processed as quickly as possible, and the paid amount will be refunded through the same payment method used initially.

Returns

  1. The customer is allowed to request the return of unwanted products or those received in imperfect condition within a specified period after the date of receipt.
  2. Products must be in their original condition and unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  3. The customer bears the shipping costs for returning the products, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  4. Once we receive the returned products and verify their condition, the return process will be handled, and a refund will be issued.

Exceptions

  1. Some products may be subject to special conditions for refunds and returns, and the customer should check these conditions before purchasing.
  2. Refunds or returns will not be accepted for products purchased during discount or special sale periods.
